Having used Sam now for two projects I must say that SJR are extremely professional in their approach to its clients. They also provide their suggestions to assist in any way in proposed drawings. The drawings were done to a very high standard and attention to detail. The 3D drawings were amazing. Very reasonable on their fees. Would highly recommend.

Let me thank SJR Architecture Ltd, Preston for the exceptional service they provided us for our extension to the front and side of the house. I should also thank my builder for recommending Sam (SJR) for the job. Sam is professional and friendly, and she listened to our expectations and ideas before she did a site survey. Took all the measurements and many photos of the existing structure from many angles. Within a week or so she came up with brilliant drawings in colour that gave a clear picture how the extended house would look like and it was all done to scale so could see the look of the proposed extension and proportions in relation to the existing building. Designs were all matching to the house; stone features, brick works, windows etc. so that it looked less like an extension! Sam had many ideas and I was particularly impressed by the roof design she suggested. Sam took care of planning application, and had many discussions with the local authority building control officers before submitting the application, to maximize the chance for its approval. I would highly recommend SJR for anyone looking for an architect’s service in Lancashire.
